We Capture Excellence in Every Flight

The Twin Falls Mastermind Group is about success through collaboration. Our objective is to connect ambitious business owners in a trusted space where ideas flourish, challenges are overcome, and growth becomes a shared journey. Together, we envision a stronger local economy fueled by innovation, mentorship, and meaningful partnerships.

Our group is designed for committed, growth-oriented business owners who value collaboration over competition. To maintain trust and openness, we limit membership to just 10 people, with only one person per industry. Membership requires a short application process to ensure the right fit. If you're passionate about contributing to and benefiting from a supportive and exclusive community, we want to hear from you!

At the heart of our group are core values that create a thriving community: confidentiality, respect, and a commitment to action. Members come ready to share, listen, and support one another, fostering an environment where trust is built and growth is celebrated. We believe that success is best achieved together, with honesty and integrity as our foundation.

As a member, you’re expected to actively participate in meetings, contribute insights, and support fellow members with honest and constructive feedback. In return, you’ll receive the same level of dedication and value from your peers.
• Active Participation: Attend meetings regularly and be fully engaged.
• Preparedness: Come ready to share updates on your goals, wins, and challenges.
• Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of discussions and ideas shared within the group.
• Constructive Contribution: Provide thoughtful feedback and insights to help others grow.
• Commitment to Growth: Take actionable steps based on group discussions and follow through on your commitments.

Our mastermind group meets bi-weekly for a focused two-hour session designed to maximize value and productivity. Meetings are held during a working lunch, blending great conversation with actionable insights and collaborative problem-solving. This structure allows us to share updates, tackle challenges, and set clear goals—all while enjoying a meal together.

• Member Success Spotlight: A chosen member shares something they’re doing successfully in their business with Q&A.

My name is Sinuhe Montoya, and I’m the founder of DroneQuote, a business I’ve successfully grown over the past 8 years by embracing innovation, collaboration, and resilience. My journey as an entrepreneur has been shaped by overcoming challenges and finding creative solutions, and I’m passionate about sharing those lessons with others. Drawing from my experience working collaboratively with business professionals and my time in the Army, where teamwork and service were foundational, I’ve seen the incredible value of learning from others while offering support in return. This mastermind group is an extension of my drive to help others succeed by fostering a space where we can share insights, tackle challenges, and grow together as a community of business leaders in Twin Falls.
I believe in leading by example and transparency, so, take a look at my answers to the application questions you'll be asked.
